Faggia gave me the best birthday present this weekend. Saturday under Judge Cathy Daugherty, she took a Group 3 and then Sunday took a Group 1 under Judge Joy Brewster! We are so proud of her. Thank you to the Judges for noticing her and to Amanda Shea who makes her sparkle inside and out. Faggia is the first Bergamasco to take a group win in AKC, thus making breed history! A day we will never forget and hopefully opening the door to this chance for more Bergamascos.

We had a great weekend in Vermont! Jessica Meade came to show with Alp Angel's Freya Dell'Albera who took Winner's Bitch over her mother Amira on Friday. Amira came out of retirement for a casual weekend and ended up taking Owner Handler Best in Show with me on Saturday! Woah...I was not expecting that one. Faggia went on to take a Group 2 the same day, almost at simultaneous times. Faggia was BOB both days. We also had a visit from a few Alp Angel puppies, now grown, who live in Vermont with Cindra and Richard. Alp Angel's Cuba and Anuzzo, ages 8 and 10 and Aria age 12.

Our two largest entry days of the year at the Greenwich Kennel Club and Longshore Kennel Club shows. 18 Bergamascos entered this year on Saturday and 15 on Sunday.

Congrats to Faggia who took Select Female on Saturday and Best of Breed on Sunday with Amanda Shea

Faggia was a trooper in the heat at the LI, NY show. She took a Group 3 with Handler Sarah Crepeau.

Faggia had another great Saturday in Warwick, RI where she took BOB with a 5 point major toward her Grand Championship. She also went on to a Group 3 that day! Many thanks to Judges Joy Brewster and Jaqueline L. Stacy. Handler Amanda Shea.
